Role Overview : 

This role is critical to our success. The Business Development Specialist will be at the forefront of our prospecting process to create new business opportunities for Mihup. You will be part of the Growth team and work towards driving the company's demand generation efforts.

Objectives of this Role:

- Become product advocates, understand the product and articulate its value on every

interaction.

- Lead Nurturing

- Lead Generation

- Appointment Setting

Key Responsibilities : 


The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :


- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

- Contacting potential clients through calls and emails.

- Present our company to potential clients

- Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor- s/Master's Degree in any domain

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative for a B2B SaaS company

Key Skills:

- You have 2 - 3 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative for a SaaS company

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

- Track record of achieving targets

- Experience with CRM software

- Excellent communication skills

- You thrive in cross-functional environments which require collaboration

- You have a knack for over-communication and ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives
