We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Being able to successfully manage the sales team.

- Being fully aware of the products and services and identifying competition.

- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Implementing strategies to boost sales.

- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.

- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Monitoring the sales team along with sales performance. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target is met.

- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

- Provide support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition

- Attending meetings with clients

- Prepare reporting as needed

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in the sales field with a degree in Marketing, Business or related field

- Should be able to speak Kannada and Malayalam
- Highly motivated and has the proven ability to boost sales

- Knowledge of business expertise

- Great management and organizational skills
