Franchise Owner - Sales and Business Development


Migrations World is a premium migration consulting and advisory company headquartered at Melbourne, Australia. The team specializes in providing consulting and advisory services to students, working professionals and business owners regarding moving to Australia and Canada. The team is appreciated, approved and recognised by the Office of MARA, Australia which is attached to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) and administers the functions of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, which is set out in s316 of the Migration Act 1958 (the Act).

Migrationsworld Pvt Ltd is looking for business development partners in India for providing their services to the above mentioned categories people in the country.

Job Description :

- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Teams.

- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect

- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports

- Adhere to all policies, procedures and business ethics

- Recruit, test, and hire Sales Managers for own team.

- Ensure that sales team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and closes.

- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

Desired Attributes :

- 5-7 years of experience in sales management.

- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Willingness to work in a global team of professionals.
