Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 3-8 years

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

New Business Development :

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets (revenue and GP) for assigned region QoQ /YoY.

- Proactively creating and generating new enquiries for achieving the sales numbers.

- Leading the entire sales cycle right from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal management,Negotiation and booking the sales order.

- Responsible for New order booking and payment collection of the entire region.

Market Research & Analysis :

- Create database of target customers through market research

- Keep a track of funnel, analyze the sales cycle, lead conversion ratio and follow and follow through with all prospect.

- Keeping a track of green field company or brown field company expansion and covert them in to customer.

- Reviews and adjust sales territories, and conducts competitive analyses all in an effort to find the business's strengths and opportunities for capitalization while giving the business a competitive edge.

Following procedures and system

- Analyzing own sales reports, funnels, closures territory wise and customer wise.

- Submission of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.

- Tracking sales activities and creating reports and share to senior sales management for use in strategic decision making.

- Present sales, revenue and GP reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with presales team to ensure right solution is designed and presented to customers.

- Work closely with other cross functional department to ensure project execution is smooth after the order booking to ensure customer is satisfied.

- Work closely with the senior sales management in deciding on new sales targets and appropriate strategies that will drive optimal performance and enable the achievement of the business overall goals.
