Job Description :

1. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

2. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

3. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

4. Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.

5. Find the right jobs and write proposals for them

6. Analyse client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions

7. Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered

8. Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles.

9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimised in order to maximise revenue.

Skill sets required :

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in an IT servicing company.

2. Should have worked with different industry client like

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Sound knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

5. Hands-on experience of lead generation and Online bidding.

6. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

7. Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives
