About Founders:

Ashutosh and Prasad are technology entrepreneurs and have built and run large businesses and teams. Ashutosh is the Co-founder of Myntra and was pretty much involved in every part of the business through the last 10 years. Prasad was the Chief Business Officer of Myntra and was instrumental in shaping Myntra's strategy and growth over the last 4-5 years. Responsibilities:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Sales, revenue reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- People management and development

- Monitoring daily dashboard / daily huddles/weekly SLA review with the team.

Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills:

- Strong communication skills

- Creating and implementing a sales plan

- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress

- Analyzing sales data

- Presentation skills

- Management and leadership skills

- Developing budgets

- Mentoring and coaching sales reps

Requirements:

- Degree in business administration or a related field /MBA. Minimum 10 yrs to 12 yrs exp.

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
