- Implementing specialty sales policy and strategy
- Establishing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services.
- Achieving speciality budget and gain the market share.
- To generate high value prescription of designated pathology test.
- KOL appointment & development.
- Marketing activity like CME, Seminar.
- To tie up with hospitals/clinic.
- Candidates with prior work experience into Oncology Sales will be preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent people management, communication and analytical skill.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Must demonstrate hunger and passion to win in the market.
