- Responsible for Direct Sales for residential & commercial real estate projects
- Generating New business opportunity for organization & Generate leads and go for cold call and marketing strategy
- Ability to generate predictable revenue on target consistently Supervision & co - ordination of Marketing and branding activities
- Ensure optimum performance in meeting the stipulated sales target
- Coordination with realtor companies when requested by management and supporting them to meet the sales target and increase productivity
- Develop marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes
- Identify clients from various sectors like corporate and generate business from the existing to achieve the target Provide guidance for promotion. Launches
- Conducting competitor analysis for market trend and rate analysis
- Attend to clients concerns and complaints and undertake steps to resolve them

- Handling post sales activities like customer relation management, complaint handling, client retention etc.

- Organizing sales campaign with the help of different banks for its different branches in the major regions of Odisha
- Visiting the different parts of state and various organizations to reach the prospective buyers
- Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities, responsible for corporate presentation and thereby getting bulk booking
