Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our mental health clinic. The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in promoting our clinic's services, expanding our patient base, and raising awareness about mental health support. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the clinic's management to create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase the clinic's visibility and patient acquisition.

- Execute both online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, website management, and the development of print materials and brochures.

- Generate engaging and informative content about mental health

- Act as the main point of contact for the mental health clinic and promote its services to healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, psychiatrists and psychologists.

- Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, schools, and other potential partners to organize mental health awareness events, workshops, and outreach activities.

- Develop and execute strategies to generate a steady stream of patient referrals to the clinic, including coordinating with healthcare providers for referrals and creating referral networks.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to assess ROI, website traffic, and patient inquiries.

- Communicate with prospective patients who express interest in the clinic's services, providing them with information and guiding them through the initial appointment process.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions, referrals, and marketing efforts, and generate regular reports

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging mental health topics, and provide insights to improve the clinic's marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, communications, psychology or a related field.

- Have 0-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health industry.

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Strong creativity and design skills.

- Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations.

- Empathy and sensitivity to the mental health challenges individuals face.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with healthcare-specific marketing regulations.

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices.

- Experience in organizing and hosting community events or workshops.

- Graphic design and video editing skills.

- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Working Conditions:

This role may require occasional travel to attend events or meetings in the local community. Flexibility in work hours to accommodate marketing campaigns and events.
