- 6 months and more experience in telesales.

Roles and responsibilities :
1. Calling and generating the leads from the right prospects of the product.
2. Provide full and accurate information to the customers.
3. Provide customer satisfaction over call.
4. Achieve the given lead targets per day/week/month
5. Assessing the customers need and reaching out the desirable product.
6. Collecting client information, preparing reports and maintaining records.
7. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing.
8. Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
9. Requirements : Excellent communication skills & High energy levels.
