Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers to promote product.
- Follow-up on leads and coordinate with sales team.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback and report preparation on excel.
Qualifications :
- 12th grade, graduate, or pursuing graduation in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus.
Offer Details : 15k-25k/month.
