Job Overview : Metaguise company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound meetings with clients and Architects, pitching our products and services, focusing on conversions, CRM management, branch management, and coordination with the design team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Handle inbound and outbound meetings with clients and Architects.
2. Pitch products to Architects and clients.
3. Focus on conversions.
4. Manage CRM system and ensure accurate data entry.
5. Assist in branch management activities.
6. Coordinate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met.
Qualifications :
1. At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
5. Readiness to travel Pan-India.
