MeritTrac - Government Sales Role (4-8 yrs)
Position : Deputy Manager/Manager- Government Sales or Institutional Sales
Location : Across Location
The core objective of this role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with Academic Institutions/Governmentvertical and test prep companies in the assigned region and highlight the value proposition of MeritTrac's product offerings in a regional Sales role.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Pitch innovative bundled solutions to meet customer requirements
- Achieve assigned regional product sales revenue.
- Achieve product growth targets in the assigned geography and account base.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and implement regional marketing campaigns
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in prospective accounts.
- Manage relationship with multiple stakeholders across customer accounts
- Enable reach within institutions/Government .
- Enable product penetration with existing and new clients
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the region in assigned product lines.
- Represent MeritTrac at external regional events - Networking & Lead Generation perspective
- Delivery: Enable project Kick off meetings between Project team and customer and maintain delivery standards and overall project feasibility / financial health.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs
- Create and engage with Channel partner ecosystem to increase reach
