Position- Assistant Manager to Manager Business Development
The main objective of the Job (role) is to build sustainable high-growth business through Acquiring new corporate-accounts in the Consumer Goods & Services sector including Pharma, Infra, Telecom, and focus on solutions and products for skilling, upskilling, training, assessments and Technology-solutioning (LMS/ AMS/ E-Modules/ Content) to B2B clients in the Region.
Key Accountabilities & Performance Areas :
- To acquire enough accounts (minimum of 2 New Accounts every month) in the CG&O Sector in order to achieve revenue targets, learner number targets and Assessment number targets, and responsible for developing the account in terms of making sure that the client's employees are assessed and skilled to achieve their objectives for mutually sustainable growth
- To map, interact and communicate with functional-leaders and Top Management to gain respect through positioning the brand as a sought-after Training & Assessment solution
-To understand business problems and conceptualize Assessment & Training solutions in line with Corporate's final role-requirements/ competency framework
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES :
Qualification and Experience :
- MBA in Sales/Marketing
- Overall experience of about 10+ years in sales
- Engineering background is an added advantage.
