Merisis Advisors - AVP/VP/Head - Sales (6-10 yrs)
1. AVP/VP/Head of NCR: This is for Delhi.
a. This person would:
i. Represent Merisis in NCR region and pretty much all of north India
ii. Would be responsible for meeting clients/prospects in that region and managing relationships
iii. Would drive our engagements (mandates) in that region. These will be engagements for fund raise and M&As.
iv. Would work from home and eventually start the Delhi office for us.
v. Would be responsible for deal origination in his region.
b. Ideal candidate should:
i. Be from Delhi, have good connects/relationships there.
ii. Have 6+ years of experience with 4+ years of direct (relevant) experience
iii. It is a sales function to a good extent. So a person with longer experience in other financial service areas may also be acceptable.
iv. Should be presentable and good talker.
v. Prefer someone with entrepreneurial nature.
