- Launched in 2020, MergerDomo is a tech-based, online Investment Banking (deal sourcing & consulting) platform for start-ups, corporations, investors, investment bankers and financial/non-financial consultants. The company has 1,600+ members on its platform and aims to catalyse the growth of the start-up & SME ecosystems through a suite of solutions in fundraising, consulting, M&As, Joint Ventures, technology sourcing and consulting there off.

- As of February 2022, MergerDomo has helped 9 startups raise funds through their network of Angels, HNIs & family offices. Engaged with over 100 SMEs for their business requirements, had a deal flow of over INR 6000 Cr.

Overall :

- Ability to think creatively is a must for this role, as strategizing, planning and executing high performing digital marketing plans will be a key responsibility.

- We're looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels.

- Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts to be followed across markets & geographies globally and assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection over multiple channels.

2. Provide creative ideas for Content Creation & Marketing and update the website accordingly.

3. Evaluate important metrics that affect the company's website traffic, service quotas and target audience - eye on the overall ROI.

4. Plan, monitor, grow the ongoing companies presence on social media (LinkedIN, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) globally.

5. Experience with B2B & B2C Social Media, Email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.

6. Working closely with various teams to ensure consistency in setting up strategy in execution of all projects. Demonstrated success taking services/products to tangible scale and achieving ambitious quantifiable business objectives.

7. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our company.

8. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

9. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.

10. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

11. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

12. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

13. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

14. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

15. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

Educational Qualification and Experience :

- 4-6 years of proven experience in the related field as a Digital Marketing Executive/Manager or similar role

- Post Graduate in Journalism & Mass Communication./ MBA (Marketing) / Similar degree

- Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webtrends, etc)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

- Strong Analytical skills with Knowledge of SEO, Online Reputation Management, Website management and performance marketing.

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.

- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

- Always wearing a sales hat.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Other skills :

- Understanding of the startups ecosystem is an advantage.

- Proactive and fast learner

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good blend of interpersonal & analytical skills

Location : Bangalore, Delhi-NCR

CTC : Rs. 6-8 LPA + Variable pay + ESOPs
