Merchandiser - Retail Business (2-6 yrs)
Looking for the role of merchandising
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Understanding the category
- Studying sales of the category every day
- Comparing stock to sales store wise
- Warehouse inventory maintains
- Setting min & max in the system
- Sales forecasting based on no of new stores & seasonality place orders on vendors to replenish stock based on forecast
- Follow up orders & organise transport till it reaches warehouse
- Based on the trends, source or create new categories & products
- New product development
- Product master creation
- Handing over products to Photography team
- Launch date setting & launch offer setting
- Working with Marketing & Social media team for product launch
- Creating & evolving planograms
- Deleting & managing deleted items
- Vendor management
- Setting Min/Max store wise & W/H
- Monitoring new products till it reaches min/max
- Visit stores periodically
- Daily activity report to be sent every day
Requirements :
- Should have minimum 2-5 years of experience
- Should have experience in retail
