We are looking for an emphatic and a strong Business Development Executive / Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. Business Development Executives / Managers are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive / managers will keep a close eye on clients feedback to ensure that our services always exceed expectations.

Requirements and Skills:

- Good negotiation skills

- Build good relationships with the prospect buyers.

- Understands client's need.

- Exemplary convincing skills and customer oriented approach

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill is required

- Following up with clients and get a review about the site visit.

- Efficient negotiation skills.

- Ability to work well within a team.

- Generate good amount of sales

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company to the clients.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

- Contacting potential client through calls or via emails

- Every weekend Travelling at site to close the deals.

- Qualifying leads from marketing campaign as sales opportunities

- Helping organization to maximize the profit

- Proactively seek new potential buyers in the market

- Handle Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls. Solving Queries.

- Closings at site, Negotiate price with the prospect buyer.

Business Development Executive / Manager (Sales Profile)

Job Type:

Full time, Permanent.

Schedule:

Day Shift (6 days working) -Every weekend Travelling at site to close the deals-.

Salary:

INR 25,000 to INR 35,000. (Plus incentives).

Experience:

Required 3+ years of experience.
