Job Title: Cold Calling Specialist

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cold Calling Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, generating interest, and qualifying leads for our sales team. Responsibilities :

Cold Calling :

- Initiate outbound calls to targeted prospects using a prepared script.

- Introduce the company's products/services and create interest.

- Qualify potential leads and gather relevant information.

Lead Qualification :

- Assess the prospect's needs and qualify them as potential customers.

- Document and update lead information in the CRM system.

Appointment Setting :

- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

- Ensure a seamless handover of leads to the sales department.

Customer Engagement :

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.


- Provide information on product features, benefits, and pricing.

Data Management :

- Regularly update and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements :

Communication Skills :

- Good Verbal communication skills with a clear and concise speaking voice.

Sales Acumen :

- Proven ability to engage and persuade potential customers.

Resilience :

- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in achieving goals.

CRM Proficiency :

- Experience using CRM tools to manage and track leads.

Adaptability :

- Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts and strategies.

Goal-Oriented :

- Motivated by sales targets and driven to achieve or exceed them.

Team Collaboration :

- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Basic knowledge of the products/services offered.
