Description :

- The ideal candidate will have growth in all stages of the influencers & referral marketing cycles.

- They will be confident in building new ambassador relationships and maintaining existing ones.

- They should have evidence of strong strategic outreach skills and possess good communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Brainstorm new ideas for launching influencer campaigns.

- Understand the Influencer Ecosystem and champion collaborations on YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram Recruit and manage campus and influencer ambassadors regularly through creative outreach and persuasion skills within defined budgets and cross-collaboration offers.

- Conduct operational and outreach tasks to onboard new influencers and improve existing funnels.

- Strategize creative collaboration offers and marketing outputs that go viral over the relevant platforms.

- Owning end-to-end campaign strategy and execution of influencer campaigns

- Improving channel processes to make them run as efficiently and effectively as possible.

- Driving accurate performance analysis, reporting on campaign performance, and continuously optimizing the funnel and creatives based on performance metrics.

- Developing engaging, and creative content in line with short and long-form

- Conceptualizing campaign ideas for various products

- Supporting content requirements for brand or product marketing campaigns

- Creating and executing influencer-led campaigns (Micro, Nano, Macro)

- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop influencer briefs

- Collaborating with the design team and marketing teams.

- Work with celebrity content creators and campus influencers.

What You'll Need?

- 1-2 years of experience running influencer marketing campaigns at scale

- Operational efficiency in managing campus influencers effectively.

- Performance marketing mindset to turn influencer marketing into a significant engine of growth.

- The will and ability to dive into funnel metrics and continuously improve the inputs based on performance metrics.

- A creative mindset to develop innovative campaign ideas and select the right brand ambassadors.

Qualifications :

- Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, Content, Mass Media or any other relevant stream.

- Creative individual

- Strong negotiation skills

- Good knowledge of Technology & Tools

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong persuasion skills.

- Natural ability in closing good deals.

- Strong grasp of English.

- Your pulse speeds up when you talk to like-minded enthusiasts

- You live and breathe all things social media
