What we're looking for -

As seen on shark tank, we're building a students career platform. We're looking for passionate & smart candidates who are growth hackers and love growth.

Selected applicants' day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Build the content and create a community along the lines of student upskiling and internships platform.

- Set-up and implement Community Strategy.

- Nurture relationships with followers and industry influencers to develop our expanding community.

- Implement a personal approach, with seamless communication and develop a rewards and gratification program centered around competitions and customer shout outs.

- Stay plugged into popular culture, the content ecosystem, emerging trends.

- Formulate the overall strategy, performance parameters, and execution roadmap for the influencer content.

- Own and manage influencer relationships end-to-end.

- Analyse key trends in the influencer content ecosystem and gather market intelligence to identify new content opportunities.

- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure systematic and timely execution of new content opportunities in the influencer ecosystem from experimentation to full roll-out.

- Prior experience in managing artists and content creation with creators preferably in an education-based firm.

Process Optimization

- Ideate and collaborate with other growth channel owners (paid media, web, social, outbound, events, inside sales, etc.) to develop new and innovative ways of working across teams to drive productivity and streamline processes

- Partner with marketing ops to optimize processes and utilize new technologies

- To identify gaps, shorten turnaround times and drive improvements

Campaign Reporting and Communication

- Own and report end-to-end campaign performance

- Track lead progression. Understand and improve conversion of leads into pipeline inflow

- Ensure alignment between horizontal and vertical teams

- Substantiate business communications with performance data

- Provide ongoing communication on strategy, approach and performance

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ Years of work experience in Growth, Marketing, Product, and Executing campaigns

- Creative individual

- Masters degree preferred

- Strong negotiation skills

- Good knowledge of Technology & Tools

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong grasp of English
