Mentor Match - Sales Role (1-2 yrs)
Location : Chennai
Experience : 1-3 years in sales
Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to grasp their unique learning needs.
- Match students with appropriate tutors based on individual requirements.
- Create tailored educational packages for each student.
- Collaborate with tutors and the academic team to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Enhance sales pitches and strategies to contribute to overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Proficiently utilize CRM tools for lead management and sales streamlining.
Stay updated on trends, changes, and competitors in the EdTech industry.
- Interact at all levels of the organization from business users and cross functional teams to CXO level.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in international sales, particularly in B2C environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate with foreign clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work a six-day week (Monday to Saturday) and in night shifts.
