Business Development (Sales) Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business, needs and pain-points.

2. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

3. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent service.

4. Planning and overseeing growth strategies and marketing initiatives. Preparing impressive presentations and sales displays.

5. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

6. Working proactively to create more impact and providing management with daily feedback.

Essential skills

1. Good knowledge of Indian markets and a strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.

2. Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.

3. Strong communication skills and IT fluency

4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

6. Team player with complete ownership of work.

Incentive

25% of the direct revenue generated.
