Meduit - Manager - Business Development/Digital Sales (2-4 yrs)

- We are looking for an experienced Business Development (Sales) Manager to join our digital business consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of work experience in sales for a digital marketing agency or SaaS products selling to D2C/ecommerce founders. They should be able to create agency offers, pitch them well, and have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and founders- psychology of D2C brands.

Responsibilities :

- Generate new business and meet or exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups

- Understand the digital ecosystem of D2C brands and develop customized solutions for clients

- Build and nurture lead pipeline

- Create agency offers and pitch them effectively to potential clients

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent results for clients

- Use data-driven insights to drive sales growth and identify opportunities for improvement

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

- Be proactive in following up with clients and building long-lasting relationships

- Be process-driven and help develop and implement efficient and effective sales processes

Qualifications :

- At least 2 years of work experience in sales for a digital marketing agency or SaaS products selling to B2B founders

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem of D2C brands

- Experience in solution sales for increasing RoAS, email contribution to business, CRO, and other relevant KPIs

- Startup mindset with a focus on growth and scaling business operations

- Numbers-focused with a data-driven approach to sales

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proactive in follow-ups and building relationships

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
