Meduit - Assistant Manager - Customer Support/Telesales (2-3 yrs)

Job Roles :

- The incumbent will be a custodian of customer delight and will champion enhancing the customer experience

- Will be connecting with customers regularly and will be a bridge between customers and product/tech teams

- Will be the owner for customer satisfaction (CSAT) score and will be improving it

- Manage telesales and support function for media subscription products

- Responsible to manage daily and weekly telesales business goals

- Handle telesales team and operations to convert leads and enquiries into members

- Manage customer support function and enabling team to deliver the best customer experience

- Design and implement new telesales strategies

- Own the reporting and analytics for telesales and support function and present to the management

- Optimise the current telesales and support process and document the changes

- Support initiatives with the product and tech team to enhance customer experience at various touch points including website, chat, support desk, knowledge base etc.

- Train the junior telesales and support staff and help them write the script and customer responses on a regular basis

- To manage customer responses and handle escalations well

Skills :

- 2-3 years of working in a customer response center

- Fluent reading, writing and speaking in Marathi and English is a must

- Should be obsessed with delivering a better customer experience

- Should be excellent in communication to handle objections by customers/readers

- Customer-centric approach to solving business problems would be an added advantage

- Experience in managing a team is a must

- Exposure to selling/supporting digital or SaaS products will be an add-on

- Should enjoy growing in a fast-paced startup

- Experience in CRM /Customer Support tools like Freshdesk, Zoho desk etc. is a must
