- Indian Healthcare System comprises of interactions between 3B patients, 800K doctors, 900K pharmacies, 100K labs and 700k medical representatives every year. 99% of these interactions happen in the offline world as the industry heavily relies on relations and trust. These interactions are mostly on paper or verbal. The lack of data trail inhibits innovation and leaves the system slow and inefficient as patients waste hours dealing with service providers. Poor doctor-patient ratio has made doctors reluctant to adopt anything that slows them down. Our healthcare system was struggling to incorporate any technology that would change the doctor's behavior. To solve thischallenge, a team of serial entrepreneurs came together to build MedTrail - a platform for doctors and healthcare service providers to collaborate and provide a single window experience to the patients.

Role : Sales

Job Summary :
 
As part of the sales team, work closely with Healthcare Service Providers to showcase product offering/ value, and onboard doctors to use our solutions. Be aligned to team, and organisational goals to come up with effective strategies and approaches to acquire market share. Work closely with different teams, and follow proper troubleshooting and resolution processes to ensure a smooth experience for customers. To provide the best experience, ensure we are always be up to date with industry relevant knowledge and information to make proactive and beneficial market decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Field Sales

2. New client acquisition

3. Cover all leads assigned in the respective territory

4. Meet assigned sales targets

5. Ensure relationship building with existing clients and nurture new connections

6. Sales tracking and reporting

7. Work closely with different internal and external teams as required to ensure a great experience for the doctor

Job Requirements:

1. Hard working ambitious hustler willing to go the extra mile for achieving the long term vision of the company

2. Graduate / Post Graduate - With effective communication skills
