Medicover Healthcare - Call Centre Head - Inside Calling Sales Team (10-15 yrs)
- Managing the inside calling sales team
- very good outbound sales experience
- Account Management and after sales support
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Cross sell, Up sell and renewals
- Perform call & pipeline review for calling sales team on weekly basis to enhance their productivity
- Supervise and train calling sales and support team on products, prospecting and sales techniques
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer conversion
- Liaise with Marketing and teams to increase sale
Job Location : Gurgaon(Sector-29)
Salary range - 50K to 70K
Experience - 10 years
