MEDICI is looking for a creative, passionate, and a results-oriented Content Writer who enjoys opportunities and challenges that a high-growth company like ours has to offer. The Candidate needs to have strong visual sensibilities and the ability to identify trends.

What You'll Do :

- Responsible for writing a well thought-out and structured content for our platform such as whitepapers, case studies, website, blogs, newsletters, mailers, social media, etc.

- Ideating and creating engaging content that can be used on MEDICI platform.

- Creating content - articles, editorials, product comparisons, reviews etc.

- Strong experience writing financial services or fintech content required.

- Ensure that all content meets our high standards of editorial excellence, with a focus on instructional quality, clarity, and engagement.

- Partner with the editorial team and company leadership to initiate, conceptualize and develop print and digital learning solution and products.

- Provide direct feedback/analytics regarding communication effectiveness. Explore opportunities to increase brand awareness.

- Work closely with all corporate communications functions and develop relationships with other MEDICI departments to help develop & distribute content that brings value to our audience and supports their goals.

What You'll Need :

- 4+ years experience in Content Writing.

- Graduate or post-graduate in Communications/PR/Journalism/Finance, preferably with previous experience in technical/financial content (blog, news, articles) writing.

- Writing and editing skills with a flair for market research (Exposure to writing style guides is a plus).

- Should be active on social media and familiar with social media tools and marketing processes.

- You understand the value of research and have an awareness of who your audience is.

- You have experience in identifying and building content strategies.

- Excellent time management and analytical skills.

- Self-reliant, reliable and willing to learn technical & marketing skills.
