Role and Responsibilities

To achieve agreed area Business Growth by developing and managing mutually beneficial relationships with HCP and consumers while building organisation image through ethical and transparent behaviour.

Main Duties and Functions :

- Working towards to achieve the decided business objective's goal.

- Effective Execution of Marketing Strategies

- To effectively communicate and discuss the product feature/benefits to HCP (healthcare professionals).

- Discuss scientific reports and research data with HCP (Cerebral palsy, General practitioner, Gynaecologist, Paediatrician, Endocrinologist Etc.)

- Conduct customer and consumer engagement activities as per brand plan to generate prescriptions.

Analyse and report feedback on executed campaigns.

Build healthcare partnership with HCP

- Develop KOL's who will be voice of your brand

- Conduct CMEs to deliver customized information on nutrition through interactive sessions.

- Handle product related customer queries

- Call on Chemist (RCPA) and distributors to track movement of products in the territory and ensuring adequate availability of product range.

- Promoting Pregnancy & Lactation and Infant Nutrition Category

Be an expert in competitive selling

- Achieve and exceed sales target on a consistent basis through effective implementation of marketing strategies and implementing follow up initiative.

- Be informed and report the knowledge about competitor product and new introductions, promotional strategies & activities.

- Explore new business opportunities in the assigned territories.

Passion to perform :

- Utilize customer focussed selling techniques of SUCCEED.

- Daily preparation, analysis & recording of each call as per company guidelines.
