Medical Representative - Sales - Pharma (1-5 yrs)
Basic Function : The - Medical Representative- is responsible for fostering new relationships with General Practitioners / Physician and maintain good working relation with the existing ones in given geography:
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for new GP leads
2. Pitching products to GP partners
3. Generating leads from existing markets through reference
4. Flexible working in field
5. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing GPs
Desired Qualifications :
1. Good Knowledge of Computers / Smartphone
2. Good Knowledge of Word/Excel/Email
3. Strong convincing skills and multitasking
4. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
5. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Sales & Marketing
6. Prior Sales Experience is mandatory
Working Conditions :
1. Will work in field
2. Daily extensive travel to existing and prospective partners will be necessary
3. 6 Days / Week
Reporting : Sales Head / Manager
Compensation : Salary + Attractive Incentives + Field Allowance
