Medical Representative - Sales - Medical Devices (1-5 yrs)
- To establish and develop relationships with potential customers in order to advertise the company's products and services to them.
- Assist in ensuring successful on-boarding of new partners and customers by working closely with other team members.
- To research about different sales options and analyse them.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meeting or via telephone.
- To recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients by recommending new opportunities and improvement in terms of client's profits and losses.
- To provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients.
- To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements.
- To analyse the competitor brand closely.
- Promptly respond to customer queries online and offline.
- Responsible for the full sales/ order processing cycle.
- Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.
Qualifications : B. Pharma/ BDS
Experience : 1-5 Years (can consider freshers also)
