About the role:

As part of the Business Development Team, you will cultivate positive relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their advertising requirements and strategising apt solutions through our automated platform.

- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and effectively solving both strategic and tactical problems with limited oversight. You will identify new sales opportunities, establish trust, rapport and build relationships with potential customers to close deals.This role is dynamic in nature and its essence lies in the interpersonal and intrapersonal relations that one makes as a part of the regular work, ultimately leading to a fruitful learning curve in the long run of career.

What you'll do:

- Own the entire proposal process: identify potential customers, generate their interest in our products, understand their needs, develop & pitch suitable plans/solutions, and engage them in the sales process.

- You will also be involved in the Sales Support process of MediaQart. Connecting with clients, providing technical support and guidance with regards to campaign management.

- You will be responsible for end-to-end Client Management, beginning from Client Transaction to Repeat Transaction.

- You will be responsible for Client Relationship Management involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals

- You will coordinate with sales, product & technology departments for timely updates on campaigns.

- You are able to interact with prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

What you'll need:

- 3-7 years of relevant experience in a business development role for Digital Ad Sales

- A hunger for new opportunities to pave the way for driving business up, deemed essential to a high-growth startup environment.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, and ability to present advertising solutions to multiple audiences.

- Understanding of the fundamentals of Digital Marketing/Advertising.

- Communication: Hindi proficiency. English proficiency. Clear and concise in both spoken and written communication. An ability to leverage tools like phones, emails, video and virtual meetings.

Compensation: At par or better than industry standards.
