About the role :

As Mediaqart grows at a rapid pace, it's an exciting time to join the team and be a part of the Mediaqart story. You will have a direct hand in Mediaqart's success as you'll be part of the company's sales team to improve and innovate on our revenue generation efforts. The right person will be comfortable in an ownership environment, loves problem-solving, and thrives in a high-demanding start-up culture.

About you & what you'll do :

- You will be a part of the pre-sales team of Mediaqart.

- Responsible for using the given set of leads to reach out to a new set of prospective clients and thereafter setting up virtual demo's for our platform - Mediaqart- .

- Reaching out to a minimum of 60 clients per day and thereafter increasing the daily reach.

- To prepare a pre-sales pitch with short and crisp keywords to give the right telephonic impact to our prospective clients.

- Maneuver the clients to attend a short demo of our product thereafter schedule the demo by sharing invites to online sales and the prospects.

- Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business, and technology scenarios and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings, and business cases to the client & involvement in the preparation of proposals.

- To understand the client's behavior, share credentials and relevant case studies.

- Focus on maximizing new client acquisition in a timely & reliable manner on a consistent basis.

- Interact with prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

- Influence customers to buy our services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.

- Secure information by completing database backups.

- Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities using creative sales tactics.

- Debrief the demo team of any insights from the client discussion.

- Collaborate with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.

What you'll need : 

- 1-3 years of experience in the sales domain (preferably digital ad sales)

- An ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of the Digital Advertising space and will be well-versed with Digital Marketing Fundamentals.

- Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills

- Strong analytical, networking, and management skills.

- Proficiency in the use of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides (equivalent of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) whilst adapting to new knowledge and software tools to increase productivity

- Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines

- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

- In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry

- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential customer.
