We are hiring Media Planner for a media and advertising company.

The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- Plan and develop the media strategy for South East Asia - focusing on out-of-home media

- Collect and analyze data to determine appropriate media channels

- Create a media plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget

- Liaise with media owners to draft and review proposals

- Develop briefs for ad operations teams to book ads through self-serving platforms or media vendors

- Sending new proposal, quotation for prospect and to arrange follow up meetings/Whatsapp/Emails with clients.

- Ensure all media campaigns are executed in a timely manner

- Prepare and present campaign reports to clients and senior management

- To weekly monitoring company inventories and renewal offers

- Manage client relationships, negotiate client contracts, and maintain contact throughout to ensure customer satisfaction

- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Company.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially powerpoint and excel
