Medi Assist - Senior Manager - Customer/Client Relationship (8-15 yrs)

KEY RESPONBILITY :

- Planning and supervising changes and managing the daily operations of customer service of Accounts under Branch.

- Responsible for the efficient functioning of CRM by ensuring that the Team maintain the SLA & TAT

- Ensuring the Renewal and Retention of clients allocated to Branch & achieving Operational efficiency of Clients

- Managing good Relation with Key stakeholders & conducting weekly / monthly quarterly meetings with the - clients/brokers/insurance company to ensure smooth running of the business.

- Maintain the Cost Control within the Branch

- Ensuring successful transition and stabilization of new business allocated to branch

- To Liaison with internal stakeholder to ensure the deadline of TAT's and SLA's & Work towards Designated Tasks

- Maintaining current knowledge of industry new developments, productions, and involvement in network communication

Required Candidate profile :

- Excellent Leadership, Problem Solving, Communication and Customer Service / Focus Skills

- Ability to Provide Effective/ Constructive Feedback and guidance

- Ability to exhibit mastery of key advice, guidance and TPA concept
