Job Description :

Medi Assist is seeking a marketing expert who can drive content development & social campaigns while working with internal teams to execute various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in close partnership with sales, product, and customer retention teams to develop in-depth, well researched, and data-driven content that can accelerate sales cycles.

- A data-driven approach right from the content we produce, to the campaigns we execute.

Role Breakdown :

- Work with a marketing manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives

- Research market trends, demographics, and other relevant information that helps develop marketing plans

- Does a thorough research on competition, their metrics, campaigns strategies

- Creates presentations in line with the objectives shared for internal teams

- Assists marketing manager in strategizing social media plans, and communication plans for core customers

- Helps maintain all Medi Assist social media accounts which includes and is not limited to: creating the social media plan for the quarter

- Ability to use Facebook & Google analytics dashboard and pick insights that improve campaigns performance

- Be the SPOC from Medi Assist and Liaise with event/award/content/video outsourcing vendors & ensuring end to end execution on the signed deals/ closed pitches with vendors

- Work closely with the partnership and Account management team to create comprehensive pitch decks basis the services offered for account onboarding and account renewals

- Liaising with the key stakeholders to execute projects (Creative, Marketing, Production, Vendors, Social Media)

- Collaborate with the creative team and various partners to create content solutions for Medi Assist Healthcare Services and subsidiaries

Must Haves :

- Masters degree in Management, Marketing, or communications field.

- 3-5 years of experience working across product marketing and product content roles for a B2B healthcare and or SaaS enterprise

- Understands Google and Social Media Analytics

- Demonstrated knowledge of product marketing principles and the way content can be used to drive product differentiation.

- Extremely curious, analytical, and is able to pay attention to detail

- Adept at developing in-depth, well-researched content that influences purchase decisions and helps drive sales conversations.

- Understanding of brand, logo, and regulatory compliance, and the ability to liaise with agencies, vendors, and creative/design professionals.

- Good planning, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills.

- Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, including proofreading, copy editing and maintaining design consistency.

- Has worked previously on creating presentations and pitch decks
