Medi Assist - Content Writer (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Writing, editing and proofreading content.
- Ensure maintenance of the social media calendar
- Collaborate with the digital marketing person and designer to ensure high-quality content is delivered
- Create competitor analysis wrt content and understand the campaigns that can work for us
- Work with the enrolment team and designer to produce emailers for retention customer
- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy
- Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members
- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels
- Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media
- Create content for RFPs and presentations as and when required
- Manage and create content for all kinds of video scripts
- Proofread all content that goes out from the TPA business
