MedDirect Services - Executive - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
- Looking for Kannada and Tamil speaking customer support executives with 1-3 year experience and who can join immediately.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Inbound voice process
- Receive calls and guide customers accordingly.
- Its a rotational Shift basis
- Good communication skills
- Good at speaking English, Kannada & Tamil.
Minimum qualification is 12th Pass.
