Medcafe solutions is a pharma/healthcare start-up with a mission to transform the medical affairs to be a key strategic partner. We are building a large team of medics with diverse and robust medical expertise; which will help our clients to drive their business objectives.

Brief : As a business lead for Medcafe Solutions you will be key person driving all business activities including but not limited to : 

1. Marketing and sales - creating a database of potential customers, screening and contacting (telemarketing),identifying leads and converting them to the potential customers & building customer relationship

2. Be responsible for various KPIs/sales targets for the given year

3. Working with contractual staff & maintaining book of their man-hours-project, & activities and accounts

4. Client facing meetings (1:1 or virtual)

5. Digital marketing including social platforms

6. Coordinating with the directors of Medcafe Solutions LLP

7. Be a project lead for a given project

8. Documentation, compliance and governance & any miscellaneous work

9. Be a single point of contact all stake-holders

Required skillset :

1. Academic qualifications - MBA/PGDM

2. Basic skill set - Self-driven, Good communication skills, Fluency in both written and spoken English, Good computer skills, Entrepreneurial spirit, Time-management, Project management, Situational leadership, Comfortable with working in a complex matrix environment, Tech-Savy

3. Advanced skill set - Ability to work under extreme pressure, experience in sales / marketing (preferably in service industry), solution-oriented mindset

Place : Virtual - we offer work from home, occasional need may arise for face-to-face interaction which will follow government rules and regulations issued from time to time.

Requirements : A good working computer (computer will not be provided), good internet connection and a mobile phone with good connectivity (handset will not be provided)

Travel : As per business requirement, for customer meetings (including out of station travel)

Type of work : full-time (contractual)
