Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Identification, on-boarding, and managing relationships with new distribution partners across the region.
- Monitor sales on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
- Execute short term and long term initiatives based on strategies and business goals.
- Execute strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and sales.
- Responsible for business growth in all potential accounts by reviewing existing business and expending business in new accounts.
- Strong understanding of consumer sales and distribution network development.
- Should have experience of scaling up the existing business
- Responsible for achieving Primary & Secondary Targets in the given territory.
- Product and Customer promotion campaigns, Market research, maintaining market share.
- Responsible for appointing distributor in new potential areas.
- Co-ordination with all internal teams and departments for all the planning, execution and processes.
Pre Requisites :
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 3+ years of proven Sales experience is compulsory
- Previous Company Experience from-Mama Earth, Plum, WOW, Sugar Cosmetics, Bombay
- Shaving Company will be Preferred.
- Same City experience is compulsory
- Retail Category: Cosmetic, Standalone modern trade, Medical will be Preferred
- Experience working with personal care / cosmetic companies preferred
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
