Some of the specific tasks you will work on are listed below. These are meant to simply be a guide and we expect you to define your own job description and achieve measurable impact.

- Achieve target by maximizing the revenue generated from existing and well as developing new advertising clients

- Ensure proactive engagement with the clients and agencies in the market, aid understanding of their communication requirements to optimize sales and development efforts.

- Penetrating new markets & market mapping in the particular sector in the region.

- Overseeing the operations of Marketing and Business Development engaged in planning & strategizing.

- Generating new business & servicing the existing clients.

- Client data management and preparation of reports on sales, billing.

- Executing sales plans devised by the management & contributing towards the growth of business revenue.

- Conducting extensive study of market trends for further business growth.

- Build Partnerships with Media agencies, regional partners and help them get brands on board to advertise.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience of media ad space selling more than 2 years

- Ability to work under pressure

- Networking with Clients across sectors
