Maxposure - Business Development Role - Tendering/Bid Management & Client Servicing (2-7 yrs)
Aeroplay Entertainment is hiring Business Development professionals (Tendering, Bid Management & Client Servicing) in Delhi.
Prospective Clients - Airlines
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Database Management - Understanding the new business opportunities & creating/managing database of new & existing clients (India & International)
- Client Acquisition - Identify and get in touch with the concerned departments and decision makers at the clients end via mails and calls to recognize the scope of the project through pitching the portfolio of Aeroplay Entertainment. Meeting clients face to face for presentation.
- Tendering & Bidding - Participating in tendering & bidding. Responsible for documentation & submission of proposals, RFPs of assigned tenders.
- Pitches & Proposals - To prepare sample work, according to the brief provided by the client e.g. Dummy project, comparison designing of current project and our ideas or prospects.
- Designing Business Module - To design a business plan, including the cost and prospecting the development scope of the project under the guidance of the costing team.
- Negotiation - To negotiate with the client for the finalization of the project.
- Client Servicing - Regularly coordinating with existing & new clients to acquire new business opportunities & to maintain healthy relationship with them.
- MIS/ Reporting - Submitting Client / Business Opportunity Tracker to reporting manager on daily basis.

- Full Time Education
- MBA from reputed school is mandatory
- Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) + Negotiation Skills
- Minimum 2 Year Exp in Business Development
- Understanding of Tendering, Bidding is must
