- Maintaining reports and data analysis of respective dept
- Handle sales and inventory reports
Floor Management :
- 100% Plan o gram implementation
- Planning Stocks on floor
- Trial Room Management
- Responsible for managing the trading area /Hygiene
Other Activities :
Effective Team Management :
- Conducting time to time OJT to the respective team
- 100 % Grooming of the staff
