Maven Silicon - Sales Operations Role (2-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as a liaison between teams - Sales and other functional departments
- Coordinate between NBFC, Customer and Sales team
- Maintain Revenue reports and generate revenue forecast
- Maintain Sales Records / Track the Payments
- Maintain Lead Conversion reports
- Manage the CRM and ERP on sales front
- Train new staff on Process / CRM / ERP
Desired Candidate profile :
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Techno functional knowledge on CRM (Lead Squared)
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions with Microsoft Office
- Presentation Skills will be an added advantage
- Language Skill - English and Hindi will be added advantage
