Skills:

- Min 6 months to 4 year of Exp in Upwork, Elance, Guru online portals is required

- Generate leads for IT projects

- Proposal writing, Presentation & Negotiation skills -

- Client Convincing & Client Handling skills

- Must take regular follow ups from clients

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work collectively towards team goals - Confident Approach & Professionalism - Responsible to handle and manage the projects individually

Candidate Skills Required -

- Should have working experience on Online Bidding portals for eg. - Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and PPH.

- Candidate should know how to prepare effective Cover letter, sales latter etc. in very professional manner.

- Candidate should have experience to make authentic documents.

- Should have proven experience with small, medium and large size projects.

- Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.

- Should have hands on experience of dealing with US/UK and Canadian clients.

- Must be proficient in keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.

- Should have strong Marketing, Sales and Business Development skills related to Website Development and Website Promotion.

- Working knowledge to generate direct leads or sales.

- Should be able to gather client business requirements and then leading the project team by walking through functional requirements.
