The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects into Sales and assisting them in finding suitable partners.

In-house Sales & Service portfolio :

- Understanding the customer requirement accurately.

- Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.

- Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.

- Searching, screening, shortlisting, establishing contact, initiating a meeting between members and creating success stories.

- Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up.

- Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)

- Excellent verbal & written communication, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.

- Punctuality & Presentation skills.

- Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills.

- Ability to read/interact to understand client requirements.
