Job Summary:
- We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers via telephone, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities :
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts to promote products or services.
2. Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions or products.
4. Explain product features, pricing, and answer customer queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on leads.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales efforts.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a similar sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with a persuasive and resilient attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
