Function Revenue Generation : Assisted

Brief Description about the role :

Responsible for Revenue Generation by developing and owning processes to deliver the best standards of customer satisfaction for BM/ CBS portals.

Educational Qualifications : Any graduate with an experience for a minimum of 4 years in ITES industry ( Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Airline, Credit cards )

Skill sets :

- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skill, with Proficiency in Hindi and English; Being multilingual is an advantage

- Excellent team playing skills

- Ready to take initiative

Key Deliverable :

- Develop and own processes to deliver the best standards of customer satisfaction

- Identifying, benchmarking, implementing and replicating Best practices across the product/process

- Develop, implement & improve Checklists / Guidelines / Forms / Templates / Reports as required

- Monitoring for compliances/deviations in process and root cause analysis

- Root cause analysis of defects in processes across the service/product and sales operation

- Prepare, document and implement Corrective Action and Preventive Action(CAPA) for all compliance / deviation issues

- Planning, initiation, and ownership of Process Automation

- Analyse and implement technical requirements on internal applications

- Single point of contact for all audit & compliance requirements

- Career Progression for the role
