Math Buddy - Manager - Business Development (1-10 yrs)

The Business Development Manager will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.


Scope : Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals, or Renewals, in an individual contributor role with huge growth projection based on performance as we are a completely performance-driven company.

Work Location : Remotely (availability of Robust configuration laptop and High-speed internet connectivity is mandatory ).

Mandatory Language Fluency : English and Hindi. (Multiple Regional language proficiency is a plus )

Qualifications : BE/Btech( preferred)/Any Graduation or equivalent experience .

- Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager, > 1 year of experience in Sales.

- Freshers with a zeal to have 10x Growth with Cross-Functional Learning can apply.

- Overall experience must not be more than 10 yrs.

- Fluency in English/ Hindi & the committed attitude to deliver in a High performance-driven environment with a promising career ahead.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

- Is a go-getter, self-motivated, and problem solver with a sense of ownership for the assigned task.

- Capable of building a good rapport with potential clients and having knowledge/ understanding of the education sector. Should have a good social connect.

- Candidates should be confident about counseling a parent for making him understand the value proposition of our programs for their child's future.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Zoho CRM, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), and PowerPoint will be an added advantage.

- Should be able to generate leads through referrals and other channels and ensure closure

- We are highly customer-centric and hence the BDM should be flexible in terms of work schedule to cater to the client.
