Math Buddy - Intern - Business Development/Customer Engagement (0-1 yrs)
The Customer Engagement Expert - Intern will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads - Book the master class for the Students - Ensure session completion. Build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Mandatory Language Fluency: English and Hindi. (Multiple Regional language proficiency is a plus )
Overall experience must not be more than 3 yrs.
Qualifications : Pursuing or completed Btech( preferred)/ Graduation or equivalent
About the role :
- Calling potential customers and Demonstrating the product /program presentation.
- Scheduling the master class with potential high intent customers and ensuring Masterclass Completion by coordinating through communication channels established.
- Building good rapport with the customers and addressing their concerns if any regarding the class.
- Knowledge of CRM like Salesforce, and Zoho is a plus.
- Should be a self-starter, go-getter, and willing to work in a 10x Growth environment with promising career opportunities ahead.
